Fabiana Pereria grew up in the Favelas of Brazil. Like many, her life growing up was tough. That is until she gained her powers during the Fourth Blessing. She promptly abused them in casinos for her own benefits. Rigging everything so she’d win and ensuring none questioned her. From poor and destitute to living in the lap of luxury, life was sweet. However, it was also a boring one. For years she sat waiting for something to make life worth living when she was approached by the United Nation. She didn’t bother questioning how they found her, all she cared about was joining the Inhibitors. Finally, she’d have a chance to do something new with her life.
