After Rory’s claim to the title of Galactic Champion of the Universe, have has not gone so well for him. To make matters worse, Manifest Destiny has come to Earth and accepted the challenge. Initiating a Regal Rumble with two planets worth of people participating. Are you ready to rumble?
We get a little more backstory on Rory this time around. But the main draw is Manifest Destiny arriving with a planet full of wrestlers. It’s a mix of awesome and hilarious to see the planet itself trapped inside a steel cage and wrestlers just…well…wrestling across the globe. All while an epic promo is cut on the planet.
Here the dramatic lighting and art design really stand out. Each wrestler appears has their own unique look and presumably gimmick to go along with it. Giving them a mix of silly and yet somehow imposing. The issue as a whole was gloriously over the top.
I saw a wrestler take a tank blast to the face. I want to know this guy’s story.
